Here is a list of things I find useful in my cooking adventures:

If you bake bread or pizza this is a must. The bakers steel is quite heavy but worth the effort for that crisp crust.

I found this Japanese Bread Knife that has become my favorite knife. It is not cheap but it is worth every penny!
I use several dutch ovens for baking boules:
The 2 best ones for round boules are this blue porcelain one
and this iron one. both of them are great.
I also use an oval dutch oven which is also great for soup roasting a whole chicken among other things.
I use this kitchen scale that I find invaluable. It is an older model but still works great and is cheaper. I measures a heavier weight than the newer version, not sure why.

if you don’t have a pepper grinder this french one is a bit pricey but it its totally worth it. I’ve had mine for 20 plus years and its still awesome
If you haven’t tried gochujang, you are missing out on the party!

This 11-inch tart pan is perfect for any frangepane tart.
I love this Fluted Bundt Pan, It is different from the normal, but it still always comes out clean as the ridges are vertical.
