A not sweet refreshing cocktail of grapefruit, gin, and orange, balanced with dry vermouth.
Chill a 6-8 oz martini or coup glass.
Add all of the ingredients except for the grapefruit peel in a cocktail shaker.
Fill the shaker with ice.
Cover the shaker with the lid and shake for a minute or so until very cold.
Strain the shaken mixture into the chilled cocktail glass and garnish with the grapefruit peel.
