The Rocky Mountain Bubbly

Prosecco, Spring44 Mountain Gin, and St. Germaine make this The Rocky Mountain Bubbly. It is a tasty festive cocktail that reminds me of the people and mountains that I love.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz Spring 44 Mountain Gin
  • 1/2 oz St Germaine
  • 1/2 oz fresh Lime juice
  • enough Prosecco to top off, 1/4 to 1/2 cup
  • 1 Lime wedge for garnish

Instructions

  1. Chill a fluted champagne glass in the fridge or freezer until very cold.
  2. In a large glass place 4 or 5 ice cubes.
  3. Pour into the ice-filled glass, the Spring 44 Gin, St Germaine, and the lime juice.
  4. With a long spoon stir 10 to 20 of seconds or so to chill the cocktail down.

  5. Strain into the chilled Champagne flute.
  6. Top with enough Prosecco to come to the top of the glass.
  7. Garnish with a lime wedge
