Korean Tarter Sauce
Adding gochujang is a fresh and new way to zip up tartar sauce. Gochujang is full of umami flavor and so very tasty.

mayonnaise

cup
chopped sweet gherkins

tablespoon
gochujang

pinch
sea salt

pinch
black pepper

teaspoon
honey

teaspoon
lemon juice

in a small bowl mix together all the ingredients.

If you have time let sit for a couple of hours or overnight in the fridge to blend the flavors. But not necessary.
You can add more gochujang if you want it to be hotter.
