6tablespoonsbutter
3cupsrice Chex cereal
3cupscorn Chex cereal
3cupswheat Chex cereal
2cupsBugles corn snacks
2cupsmixed fancy nuts
3tablespoonsWorcestershire sauce
1tablespoonsoy sauce
1teaspoongarlic powder
2teaspoonsonion powder
1Tablespoonsmoked paprika
½teaspoonsea salt
1teaspoonOld Bay Seasoning
1cupHot Honeys peanuts
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 250°
Place a large baking tray or cookie sheet with a rim in the oven with the butter, allow the butter to melt. It takes just a few minutes.
While the butter is melting. Mix together the 3 Chex mixes, the bugles, and the mixed nuts in a large bowl.
Take the hot pan out of the oven and add the Worcestershire sauce, soy, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, sea salt, and the Old bay Seasoning. Using a spatula mix it well and spread it out over the bottom of the pan.
Mix in the cereal-nut mixture. Stir well to combine, making sure you don’t crush the cereal as you combine it. The key here is to coat the cereal as evenly as possible.
Bake in the preheated oven at 250° for 1 hour. Stirring it every 15 minutes. The final Chex mix should be crisp, fragrant, and slightly toasted.
Take out from the oven and stir in the hot honey peanuts. Allow to cool to room temperature.

This mix will keep for a month or two if sealed in a jar or big plastic bag.
